摘要
介绍了煤粉燃烧反应模型和西安热工研究院有限公司携带流反应炉(EFR)试验台,并将试验获得参数用于一维火焰炉燃烧试验模拟。通过不断修正,使数值模拟结果与一维炉试验结果尽量接近,从而获得更实用的煤燃烧反应动力学参数。建立了煤反应参数与煤质基本特性间的多元非线性关系式。
The combustion reaction model of pulverized coal and the test stand of entrained flow reactor of the TPRI Co Ltd have been presented,and the measured parameters being used for combustion test simulation of one-dimension flamo furnace.By adjusting the parameters manually and repeatedly,the numerical simulation results are moved to close the test results as possible,thereby,more practical dynamic parameters in reaction of coal combustion being obtained,and formulae of multiple non-linear relationship between the parameters in reaction of coal combustion and the basic properties of coal quality being established.
