发电机组顶轴油系统分析及改进

ANALYSIS OF JACKING OIL SYSTEM FOR POWER GENERATING UNITS AND RETROFIT THEREOF

某些300 MW机组顶轴油系统实际运行中容易出现油压低,油泵出力不足,顶轴机构振动和噪音大,甚至油管爆裂及烧瓦等问题,其原因为顶轴油泵柱塞件磨损及密封件密封不严易泄漏等。为此,在超(超)临界机组顶轴油系统上选用性能可靠的进口柱塞泵来替国产柱塞泵,在顶轴油泵进出口处设置过滤器以保证油质清洁度防止轴承磨损,在顶轴油泵出口安装逆止阀等,解决了顶轴系统油压低等问题。

In practical operation of the jacking oil system for some 300 MW units,several problems,such as low oil pressure,insufficient output of the oil pump,large vibration and noise of the jacking mechanism,and even burst of oil pipe and burn-out of bearing shoes etc.,have easily occurred,the causes are abrasion of plunger piece and leakage of sealing parts in the jacking oil pump.For this,some retrofit measures have been put forward,e.g.selecting imported plunger pump with reliable performance to replace the home-made plunger pump installed originally in jacking oil system of the supercritical units,installing filters at inlet and outlet of the jacking oil pump to ensure cleanliness of oil quality,preventing bearing from abrasion,and installing non-return valve at outlet of jacking oil pump etc..After implementation,the above-mentioned problems occurred in jacking oil system have been solved.
