摘要
利用无线传感器网络技术对茅台酒基酒生产过程的蒸馏、晾糟、堆积发酵、窖期发酵条件参数进行监控,实现生产工艺操作的规范化、管理的信息化、生产指导的数字化,为茅台酒生产的管理、基础研究提高有效的基础资料,为茅台酒生产规模的扩大化提供依据,提高茅台酒基酒生产的产质量,提高企业经济和社会效益。
Wireless sensor network technology was applied to monitor the technical parameters in the production process of Maotai base liquor including distilling,drying,stacking fermentaion,and fermentation in pits,which had realized the standardization of technical operation,the informatization of management,and the digitization of production guidance.Besides,such practice had provided basic data for the management of Maotai production and the research on Maotai.It had also provided evidences for the expanded production of Maotai.As a result,the economic and social benefits of the enterprise had been improved greatly.
