The essential procedures to realize rapid development of liquor-making industry in Yun＇nan was summed up as follows： the integration of liquor-making industrial chain resource in Yun＇nan,enriching liquor product line,constant regulation of industrial structure and development patterns,improving the core competence of liquor-making enterprises and ungrading industries,and building large-scale leading liquor-making enterprises.And the concrete methods were introduced as follows： establishing green-grains base to settle the problems of difficult grains purchasing and high grains cost,self-made starter to ensure the quality and the style of base liquor and to improve liquor yield,producing blending liquor adapting to individualized and trendy consumer demands,and integration of packing industry to settle the problem of difficult packing materials supply.
