摘要
通过对桥式起重机主梁下挠修复多种工艺方法的分析,结合现场实际工况及工期要求,提出了1+2快速修复主梁工艺,即在预应力张拉器修复主梁工艺技术的基础上,增加张拉器过渡板和专用吊装工作平台。此工艺使修复主梁工期时间仅需22 h。解决了传统张拉工艺中因张拉力的作用,而使主梁下翼缘板在与张拉器连接处产生集中应力及变形的情况,其强度、刚度和腹板的稳定性均得以提高。
Through the analysis on multiple techniques for down deformation repair of main girder of bridge crane,in combination with the site actual working condition and specified project duration,the paper proposes 1+2 rapid repair technique for main girder,i.e.,on the basis of the main girder repair technique with pre-stress tensioner,adds tensioner connecting plate and dedicated lifting working platform.The technique shortens the repair duration of the main girder,only 22 h are needed,solves the state that due to the effect of the tensioning force during the traditional tensioning,concentrated stress and deformation is generated at the place where the lower flange plate of the main girder connects the tensioner,and improves the strength and rigidity of the main girder as well as the stability of the web plate.
