摘要
铝电解多功能起重机打壳四连杆打壳机构在高频下工作,由于机构设计的不合理性,可能导致机构零部件的共振问题。为此,采用有限元理论及动力学模态理论对实际工程问题进行研究分析,寻找出问题产生的根源,并提出改进措施,经理论分析和实践证明,方案实用性好。
Crust breaking mechanism of pot tending machine operates under high frequency and resonance could appear due to unresonable design.This paper applies finite element and dynamics modal theories to study the engineering resonance problem,finds out the causes and proposes improved measures.Good practicality of method presented in this paper is proved by theoretical analysis and actual application.
