摘要 目的探讨p16基因启动子的甲基化与乳腺浸润性导管癌发生的关系。方法采用甲基化特异性聚合酶链反应法(MSP),对42份乳腺浸润性导管癌组织和24份乳腺非癌组织进行p16基因甲基化检测。结果 42例乳腺癌中,18例检测到p16基因甲基化,甲基化率为42.9%;24例乳腺非癌组织中检测到2例(均为乳腺纤维腺瘤)甲基化,甲基化率为8.3%。p16基因启动子的甲基化率乳腺癌组与非癌组比较有显著性差异(χ2=8.619,P<0.05)。结论 p16基因甲基化对乳腺浸润性导管癌的临床诊断具有一定指导意义。 Objective To research the relation between methylation of p16 gene in promoter region and the invasive ductal breast cancer.Methods Methylation of p16 gene in 42 cases invasive ductal breast cancer tissues and 24 cases non-breast cancer tissues was examined by methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction(MSP).Results The methylation of p16 gene was detected in 18 cases of 42 cases breast cancer tissues.The methylation rate was 42.9%.2 cases breast fibroadenoma in 24 cases non-breast cancer tissues had the methylation.The methylation rate was 8.3%.The difference was significant(χ2=8.619,P0.05).Conclusion The methylation of p16 gene may direct the clinical diagnosis for invasive ductal breast cancer.
