外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究三维外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折临床疗效。方法胫腓骨骨折415例,男278,女137,年龄19~68岁,全部采用三维外固定架治疗,观察治疗效果。结果骨折解剖复位345例,功能复位70例,愈合时间3~6个月,平均4个月。结论三维外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折系三维立体弹性固定,无应力遮挡,稳固性好,效果满意。
