WDPF系统手操站故障分析

Analysis of abnormal occurrence of WDPF system manual operation station

华电国际邹县发电厂WDPF-Ⅱ型分散控制系统自投产以来,手操站多次由自动(AUTO)方式切至就地(LOCAL)方式。通过分析,判断该异常现象是由于WDPF系统供电电源——不间断电源的输出频率突变引起的。希望能为同类型分散控制系统的故障分析提供借鉴。

Since the WDPF-II distributed control system of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant had been put into operation,the MA station was switched over from AUTO mode into LOCAL mode many times.It was decided by analysis that the abnormal occurrence is caused due to that the output frequency of the UPS,which supplies power for the WDPF system,was varied rapidly.It is desired that the result can be used as reference for fault analysis of similar DCS system.
