摘要
建立紫外分光光度法测定肖氏生物液中总糖及总酚的含量。分别采用苯酚-硫酸法和Folin-酚法测定其总糖和总酚含量。总糖在5.27μg/mL~26.33μg/mL内线性良好r,=0.999 3,平均含量为635.64 mg/g,平均回收率为101.11%,RSD=2.19%(n=6);总酚在1.21μg/mL~7.24μg/mL内线性良好r,=0.999 7,平均回收率为100.79%,RSD=2.19%(n=6)。所建立的方法简便、可靠、重现性好、专属性强,可用于肖氏生物液的质量控制。
To establish a method for the determination of total sugar and total hydroxybenzene in Xiaoshi biological fluids.Phenol-sulfuric method and Folin-Denis method were used for the determination of content of total sugar and total hydroxybenzene in Xiaoshi biological fluids,respectively.The total sugar showed a good linear relationship in the range of 5.27 μg/mL-26.33 μg/mL,r=0.999 3,the average content was 635.64 mg/g.The average recovery was 101.11 %,RSD=2.19 %(n=6);the total hydroxybenzene showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.21 μg/mL-7.24 μg/mL,r=0.999 7,the average recovery was 100.79 %,RSD=2.19 %(n=6).Established methods are simple,convenient,reliable and can be used to control the quality of Xiaoshi biological fluids.
