摘要
二极管阵列检测器(Diode Array Detector,DAD)能够对被测物质进行全波长扫描,在物质定量尤其是定性分析方面显示独特的优势。以食品中常见的3种防腐剂(苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸)及两种甜味剂(安赛蜜、糖精)的检测为实例,介绍利用DAD检测器获得被测物质的紫外吸收光谱及其导数光谱、色谱纯度分析等方面的信息,用于排除检测过程中食品基质带来的杂质干扰,从而保证检测数据的准确性及可靠性。
Full wavelength scan of samples by diode array detector(DAD) shows its advantages in quantitative especially qualitative distinction analysis.Detections of five kind of widely used addictives(benzoic acid,sorbic acid,dehydroacetic acid,acesulfame potassium,and saccharin sodium) in food samples were carried out by DAD,and the compositively qualitative distinction with proportional chromatography,peak purity and similarity comparation were applied in qualitative distinction of the addictives from the disturbing matrix.
