摘要
亚麻油中富含不饱和脂肪酸,其中α-亚麻酸含量高达45%~65%,是一种具有较高食用和药用价值的营养保健油。主要综述亚麻油的制油工艺及其在食品、医药保健品以及饲料等方面的开发利用和研究进展,并对亚麻油将来的研究方向进行总结和展望。
Unsaturated fatty acids were the main components of linseed oil with about 45 %-65 % content of α-linolenic acid.Linseed oil was considered as a nutritive oil possessing high edible and medicinal value.The research advances on extraction technology of oil and the utilization in foods,medical and health products and feedstuff were mainly summarized.The paper ends with providing the prospect of research direction of linseed oil.
