基于网络的分级分层混合式中小学教师培训模式研究 被引量:15

摘要 教师培训是提高教育质量的重要途径,也是教师继续教育和终身学习体系的重要构成部分。本文研究了"中国—UNICEF‘灾区教师培训’项目"中教师培训的模式,并对该模式的培训效果做了调查分析。
