摘要
宜居城市是现代城市建设发展的方向和目标。黄石市具有建设生态宜居城市的有利条件,也面临着环境、资源、空间等各种要素的制约,建设生态宜居城市是黄石实施城市转型发展的必然选择。黄石建设生态宜居城市的对策措施为:加强污染治理与生态修复,实施生态工程建设;调整产业结构,优化产业布局;加快城市基础设施和园林景观建设;拓展城市发展空间,推进城乡一体化。
Livable city is the target of modern city construction. The Huangshi city abounds with advantageous conditions of con- struction for ecological livable city, and is confronted with some constraints of environment, resources and space. Ecological livable city construction is inevitable choice of transformation development of Huangshi. The countermeasures of ecological liv- able city construction of Huangshi as follows ： implementation of ecological engineering, pollution controlling and ecological res- toration;adjusting of industrial structure, optimizatin of industrial layout; construction of urban infrastructure and landscape ; expansion of urban space, and promotation of urban - rural integration.
