摘要 中国肉类总产量第一,并不是吃肉太多,其实中国人消费最大特点是吃肉少,吃肉少的根源是收入低,中国肉类生产呈现鲜明的区域性特色,肉类消费与生产在相当程度上保持着一致性,主产区一般都是主要消费地区,高收入地带也是肉类主体消费带。目前,中国农村肉类消费与城市的差距正在缩小,中国肉类消费的增长潜力在广大的农村地区。半数中国人的肉类消费还有成倍增长的空间,中国肉类消费的阶段性目标是每人每天多吃一两肉。中国农牧业和肉类工业任重道远,什么时候,农民和城镇居民吃肉一样多,体力劳动者比脑力劳动者吃肉多,那才是中国肉类消费进入佳境的时候。 China's meat production is the first in the world.However,its meat consumption is rather low due to the low incom of the consumers.Meat production in China shows obvious regional characteristics,and meat consumption keeps consistent with it.The major meat producing areas are also the major meat consuming areas,meanwhile the areas with higher income level also has higher meat consumption level.Mow the gap of meat consumption between urban and rural areas is shringking,and there is still certain potential for the increase of meat consumption in rural areas.The goal of meat consumption for the near future is to increase 50g meat per capita per day.China's animal husbandry and meat industry have a long way to go.Only when the farmers consume the same amount of meat as the urban residents and the manual workers consume more meat than the mental workers,can we say the meat consumption in China enters an ideal stage.
