摘要
美国高等教育是市场化运作的典范,大学通过市场营销手段获取生源、师资和经费。但盲目的市场化运作也损害了大学的学术、课程和教学,大学在追求市场价值的过程中背离了本来使命。美国高等教育市场化的进程表明,大学在借鉴市场机制提高运营效益的同时必须坚守操守,即在市场收益与本来使命之间寻找一个恰当的基点,确定大学市场化的底线。这启发我国高等教育必须坚守大学操守、正确利用市场,取舍有道。
American higher education is market-oriented operation model,and universities benefit a lot form market,including students,teachers and funding.But the blind market-oriented operation will make harm to the university's academia,curriculum and teaching,and even causes university's deviating from the original mission in the pursuit of market success.The marketization of American higher education inspires our universities to persist on the university's chastity while improving the operation benefit with market mechanism by looking for a proper basic point between seeking market gains and practicing original mission and determining the bottom line of the university marketization.
