开放经济视野下广东与越南的合作与互鉴

Cooperation and Co-learning of Guangdong and Vietnam in the Vision of Open Economy

随着"中国-东盟自贸区"建设的加速推进,广东与东盟合作,尤其是与越南经济合作面临十分难得的机遇。越南作为东盟重要成员、重要合作对象的位置日益明朗。由于在经济发展模式上广东与越南非常相似,因此后危机时代广东面临的挑战也许将是越南明天面临的挑战。广东正在进行战略转型升级,表现为对加工贸易进行"转方式、调结构"、进行技术创新、提高利用外资水平、推进市场多元化、建立风险机制等,这些经验可供越南参考。

Along with the accelerating of development of the ＂Sino-ASEAN Free Trade Zone＂, the cooperation of Guangdong province and ASEAN, especially the cooperation between Guangdong and Vietnam meets with a great opportunity. It＇s a fact that Vietnam has become an important member of ASEAN and an important partner of cooperation. For the similar mode of development in Guangdong and Vietnam, the present challenges in Guangdong will be the challenges for Vietnam in the foreseeable future. Guangdong is now undertaking up-grade and transformation of industries, which represents the ＂strategic change＂ and ＂structural re-adjusting＂, including technological innovation, up-graded utilization of overseas capital and promotion of diverse market. These could be of valuable references for Vietnam.
