国际铁路货物联运是国际货物运输的重要方式之一,分析发展铁路国际联运的重要意义,介绍我国铁路国际联运的发展现状和制约因素,在此基础上提出从制度建立、部门协调、口岸建设、服务创新等方面发展我国铁路国际联运的策略建议。
