摘要
目的建立测定灵丹草油中总萜类含量的方法。方法以β-芹子烯为对照,用5%香草醛-冰乙酸溶液、高氯酸显色,在555 nm波长处测定吸收度。结果β-芹子烯检测浓度在0.0309~0.13095mg·mL-1范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9990),平均回收率为99.38%,RSD=1.23%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确,可用于灵丹草挥发油的质量控制。
Objective To establish UV–Vis Spectrophtometry method for determination of total triterpenoids in Laggera pterodonta(DC.)Benth oil.Methods β-selinene was measured by spectrophotometry with 5% vanillin-glacial acetic acid solution and perchloric acid as colordeveloping agent and detected at 555 nm wavelegth.Results The results showed that it had a good linearity(r=0.999 0)between 0.030 9~0.1309 5 mg·mL-1,the average recovery was 99.38%,with RSD of 1.26%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and would be used for the quality control of Laggera pterodonta(DC.)Benth Oil.
