丝网印刷与印制电路板制作技术(一)

回顾了丝网印刷应用于印制电路板制作的发展历程， 列举了近十年来网印机材的进步， 其中对部分国产 Ｐ Ｃ Ｂ 印料作了较为详细的介绍。指出只有丝网印刷材料、设备和工艺的创新才能使其向高科技领域拓展， 在 Ｐ Ｃ Ｂ 制造业中占有优势。对目前 Ｐ Ｃ Ｂ 工艺的缺陷和新的工艺的设想也作了论述。

This paper reviews the developing course of screen printing used in PCB production and the progress of screen printing materials and equipment during the past ten years. Some China made PCB printing pastes are discussed in detail. It points out that only by creating new materials,equipment and processes, can screen printing grow into high-tech field and occupy a dominant position in PCB industry. It also expounds some shortcomings in present PCB process and some new tentative ideas about process are offered.
