摘要
为了解决传统设备单行布置方法复杂、优化程度不高的问题,提出了近似最优解简便解法。这种方法运用从至数之和大的居中间区域,小的靠两端区域;关系密切的设备尽可能的近邻,不密切的远离,两条原则结合,可用有限的几次试验就可获得满意的近似最优解。为了比较方案优化程度和进一步提高优化程度还探讨最优解的下限和调优准则,经过调优可有效提高了方案的优化程度。该方法简便宜行、便于掌握,优化效果良好。
To improve the optimal extent and the complex solution in the traditional near optimal solution for the equipment layout in one line problem,the paper proposes the simple method for near optimal solution.The improved method determines the equipment arrangement according to the sum of date on the matrix and the relation of equipment,therefore,there are two principles,i.e.,one is that the bigger sum lays in the middle areas and the smaller is on the two sides while the other is the equipment with closer relation locates nearer or adjacent,otherwise apart from each other.Combining these two principles,it will be easy to get a satisfactory suboptimum solution with few trials.Beside the optimal solution limit and adjusting optimization principles are also studied.With these we can get much higher optimal extent solution.The method is easy to master and satisfactory in optimization result.
