羊草、氨化秸秆、微贮秸秆三种粗饲料营养性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在评定羊草、氨化、微贮3种粗饲料的营养价值。选用健康东北细毛羊6只,随机分成3组,每组2只,分别饲喂3种粗饲料。结果表明,羊草组和氨化秸秆组的粗蛋白表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),羊草组、氨化秸秆组与微贮秸秆组差异显著(P<0.05),其中羊草组、氨化秸秆组比微贮秸秆组粗蛋白表观消化率分别提高18.2%、18.59%;羊草组与氨化秸秆组、微贮秸秆组粗纤维的表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),氨化秸秆组与微贮秸秆组粗纤维的表观消化率差异显著(P<0.05),3组粗饲料磷的表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),但氨化秸秆组>羊草组>微贮秸秆组;羊草组和微贮秸秆组干物质的表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),氨化秸秆组与微贮秸秆组、羊草组的干物质表观消化率差异显著(P<0.05),比羊草组和微贮秸秆组分别提高10.48%、20.58%。微贮秸秆组与羊草组、氨化秸秆组钙的表观消化率差异显著(P<0.05)。 The experiment was designed to assess the nutrition value of leymus chinensis,ammoniated and microbial straw.Six northeast fine-fleece sheep were chosen to be randomly divided into 3 groups,with 2 replicates in each group,fed with different kind of roughage respectively.The results showed that crude protein digestibility was no significantly different(P0.05)in group of leymus chinensis and ammoniated straw.There were significantly different in group adding with leymus chinensis,ammoniated straw and the group of microbial straw(P0.05),which the group of leymus chinensis,and ammoniated straw than group of microbial straw crude protein digestibility increased 18.2%,18.59%.The group of leymus chinensis,ammoniated straw and microbial straw apparent digestibility of crude fiber group were not significantly different(P0.05),the group of ammoniated straw and microbial straw apparent digestibility of crude fiber were significantly different(P0.05);Three groups forage digestibility of phosphorus was not significantly different(P0.05),ammoniated straw groupleymus chinensis groupmicrobial straw group;leymus chinensis group and microbial straw group were no significant differences in apparent digestibility of dry matter(P0.05),the apparent dry matter digestibility of ammoniated straw and microbial straw,leymus chinensis were significantly different(P0.05);compared the group of microbial straw and leymus chinensis increased by 10.48%,20.58%.The group of microbial straw,ammoniated straw and leymus chinensis were different significantly in apparent digestibility of calcium(P0.05).
