摘要
目的了解临床检验危急值(下称危急值)报告制度在护理工作中的实施情况及护士对此的知晓情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷对某院150名临床护士进行危急值报告制度相关问题的问卷调查。结果 46.67%的护士所在科室已经设立危急值报告登记本,47.33%护士认为危急值报告制度在临床实施中存在困难,32.67%护士认为所在科室能规范留取各种标本,60.00%护士在患者临床症状与危急值报告结果不相符合会复查,但45.34%的护士接到危急值报告不会规范登记,41.33%接到危急值报告不会及时报告医生。仅有60.67%护士掌握危急值报告制度,不同职称及学历护士对急值报告制度知晓率存在统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论目前临床工作中贯彻落实危急值报告制度的情况不容乐观,护理人员总体知晓度不高。医院管理者应组织医护人员共同学习,统一认识;护理管理部门应从多方面着手改善条件,以保证危急值报告制度的实施。
Objective To probe into the implementation and influencing factor of critical value reporting system in routine nursing work.Methods A self-designed questionnaire which was related to critical value reporting system was sent to 150 clinical nurses in a hospital.Results We noticed that the units where 46.67% nurses worked had created a critical value reporting system record book;47.33% of the nurses thought clinical implementation of the system still faced difficulties;32.67% of the nurses believed the units where they worked were able to harvest specimens according to standard protocols;60.00% of the nurses were able to recheck the results coming from the critical value report when patients′ clinical symptoms weren′t consistent with the results.However,45.34% of the nurses couldn′t record the critical results formally,and 41.33% couldn′t report critical results to doctors timely.Only 60.67% of nurses mastered the critical value reporting system.Statistical differences were found in nurses′ understanding le-vel about the critical value reporting system among nurses with different educational backgrounds or technical titles(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion The implementation of the critical value reporting system is not satisfatory,and nurses have relatively low understanding about the system.Hospital managers should organize all staff to learn more about the critical value reporting system,and nurse managers should improve clinical conditions to ensure the implementation of the system.
