枣庄市社区老年人安全意识的调查

Investigation on safety and health consciousness among older community dwellers in Zaozhuang city

目的了解社区老年人安全意识水平及影响因素,预防和减少老年人意外事故的发生。方法运用自制安全意识问卷,对枣庄市350名城镇社区老年人进行调查。结果社区老年人自我安全保护意识得分0.48±0.46,其中,饮食安全意识、运动安全意识、家居环境安全意识、用药安全意识4个维度得分分别为0.38±0.42、0.51±0.45、0.51±0.47、0.40±0.44。影响老年人安全意识的因素为家庭居住区域、文化程度、患病病种、退休前职业、居住情况(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论社区老年人自我保护安全意识整体较弱。社区健康管理团队应采取综合措施,做好社区安全一级预防。

Objective To explore safety and health consciousness among older community dwellers and to the influencing factors,and to prevent and minimize accidents.Methods A total of 350 older community dwellers were investigated by using a self-designed safety and health questionnaire.Results The total score of safety and health among older community dwellers was 0.48±0.46,and the scores of dietary safety,exercise safety,safety of home environment,and medication safety were 0.38±0.42,0.51±0.45,0.51±0.47,and 0.40±0.44 respectively.Factors affecting older adults′ consciousness of safety and health included residential areas,educational levels,diseases they had,pre-retirement employment,habitancy styles（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Older community dwellers had poor awareness of safety and health.Community health services team should take comprehensive measures and work hard on primary prevention.
