骨宝口服液对骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折疗效评价

Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Gubao Oral Solution on Treating Osteoporotic Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的探讨骨宝口服液治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对86例原发骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者行手法闭合复位外支架固定术治疗后,测定骨代谢生化指标和骨密度值。随机将患者分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组服用骨宝口服液;对照组服用阿法迪三,两组共服用药物4个月。治疗后再次测定骨代谢生化指标、骨密度值并进行比较;观察骨折临床愈合时间。结果治疗组骨折愈合时间较对照组明显缩短,骨密度值较对照组均有显著性上升,骨代谢生化指标较对照组有显著性差异。结论骨宝口服液治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折,能改善骨代谢,增强骨密度,促进骨折愈合,有效治疗骨质疏松症。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Gubao Oral Solution on osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture healing.Methods The biochemical indicators of bone metabolism,bone mineral density（BMD） in patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures were detected after the fractures were treated with manipulative reduction and fixed by external fixation of stent.They were randomly divided into two groups.Treated group took Gubao Oral Solution,while the control group took Alfacalcidol soft capsules.The therapeutic course for both the groups was four months.The biochemical indicators of bone metabolism and BMD of hips would be detected again and compared 4 months later.Results The fracture healing time in the treated group was shorter than that in the control group.BMD of hips showed significant increase difference than that in the control group.The biochemical indicators of bone metabolism had significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion Gubao Oral Solution can increase BMD,improve the bone metabolism,promote bony union and effectively cure osteoporosis.
