152例乙肝检测结果分析

Detection Results of 152 Cases of Hepatitis B Virus

目的对乙肝五项检测情况进行分析。方法自2009年6月至2010年6月份本卫生服务中心对152例人员进行乙肝两对半检测。结果乙肝两对半共检查人员152例,其中大三阳2例,占1.32%;小三阳5例,占3.29%;一五阳8例,占5.26%;二五阳16例,占10.53%;单五阳(抗HBc阳性)15例,占9.87%。结论乙肝两对半检测是乙型肝炎诊断和治疗的重要指标,科学规范的检测操作对保证日常检验结果的准确性有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the five items of hepatitis B detection.Methods 152 persons were detected from June 2009 to June 2010 in our center for hepatitis B two fifty-fifty.Results Da San Yang 2 cases（1.32%）,Xiao San Yang 5 cases（3.29%）,Yi Wu Yang 8 cases（5.26%）,Er Wu Yang 16 cases（10.53%）,Dan Wu Yang 15 cases（9.87%）.Conclusion As hepatitis B two fifty-fifty test is an important indicator for diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B,scientific and standardized test is significant to ensure the accuracy of daily test results.
