生物反馈电刺激与单纯盆底肌训练治疗产后压力性尿失禁效果的对比分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨生物反馈电刺激及盆底肌训练治疗对女性产后压力性尿失禁的效果。方法对100例产后(经阴道分娩)患者,随机分为2组,使用生物反馈电刺激治疗仪及单纯盆底肌训练进行比较。使用治疗仪每次20m in,每天1次,10次为1疗程,根据压力性尿失禁程度进行1~2个疗程。单纯盆底肌训练方法:持续收缩盆底肌(肛提肌)5 s,松弛休息5 s,如此反复15次,每天训练4~8次,持续4周。治疗结束后2个月评估治疗效果。结果生物反馈电刺激治疗张力性尿失禁有效率明显高于单纯进行盆底肌训练方法。结论生物反馈电刺激治疗是一种安全、有效预防和治疗产后压力性尿失禁的方法。 Objective To investigate the effect comparison between biofeedback electrical stimulation and pelvic muscle exercises in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods 100 cases of female stress urinary incontinence were selected and divided into two groups to receive biofeedback electrical stimulation and pelvic muscle exercises respectively,and their therapeutic effects were compared.Biofeedback electrical stimulation was used 20min a day,10 times as one course.Results The treatment of biofeedback electrical stimulation was better than pelvic muscle exercises for female stress urinary incontinence.Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation is a safe and effective way in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.
