摘要
利用β-烷氧羰基乙基三氯化锡和黄原酸钾反应合成了4个新的β-烷氧羰基乙基二氯化锡黄原酸酯ROCOCH2CH2SnCl2(S2COR’)(R,R’=CH3,CH3,1a;CH3,C2H5,1b;C2H5,CH3,2a;C2H5,C2H5,2b),通过IR、1HNMR、元素分析及X-射线单晶衍射分析表征了其结构.化合物1b属单斜晶系,P21空间群,中心锡原子与黄原酸双齿配体形成四元螯合环,与分子内的羰基氧原子配位形成五元螯合环.生物活性测试表明,合成的4种化合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑制作用.
Four new β-alkoxycarbonylethyltin dichloride xanthonates ROCOCH2CH2SnCl2(S2COR')(R,R' = CH3,CH3,1a;CH3,C2H5,1b;C2H5,CH3,2a;C2H5,C2H5,2b) were synthesized by the reaction of β-alkoxycarbonylethyltin trichloride with potassium xanthate and characterized by IR,1H NMR and elemental analysis.The structure of 1b has been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The crystal of 1b is monoclinc space group P21.1b contains a five membered chelate ring formed via intromolecular carbonyl coordination to Sn and a four-membered chelate ring is formed by the bidentate xanthate ligand with tin atom.Bioassay results show that these compounds have good anti-bacterial activity against two bacteria,E.coli and S.aureus.
