摘要 对于钢管轻集料混凝土空间桁架梁这一新型组合结构,目前国内外较少有拟静力试验分析,而试件设计及制作尤为关键。参照现有的钢结构及钢管混凝土规范,设计了一个钢管轻集料混凝土空间桁架梁试件及一个相应的K型节点试件,重点介绍了此空间桁架梁的制作过程及加载方式。通过对桁架梁进行结构计算分析,得到了其预估承载力。制作后的试件各项参数均达到设计要求,加载设备也完全满足试验要求。设计方案为后期钢管轻集料混凝土空间桁架梁受弯试验的成功奠定了基础。 The spatial truss beam of lightweight aggregate concrete filled steel tube is a new type of composite structure, pseudo-static tests and analysis of it have been rarely seen home and abroad. However the design and manufacture of specimens are critically important before the test. By reference of current codes of steel structure and concrete-filled steel tube, a specimen of spatial truss beam of lightweight aggregate concretefilled steel tube and a corresponding K-node specimen were designed. The manufacture and loading approach of the spatial truss beam were emphatically introduced. Through the calculation and analysis of the truss beam, the estimated bearing capacity was obtained. The parameters of the specimen met the design require- ments and the loading equipment also fully met the test requirements. Further more, this design scheme served as a stable foundation for the success of future bending test of the spatial truss beam of lightweight aggregate concrete-filled steel tube.
