大肠杆菌内毒素对肉鸡血液及血液生化指标的影响

摘要 选用1 日龄商品肉鸡,随机分为对照组(20 只) 和试验组(30 只) 。从4 周龄开始对试验组肉鸡腹腔注射每只8 mg/kg 大肠杆菌内毒素(O111B4),以后每周攻毒1 次,共攻毒3 次。攻毒后7 d 称重,宰杀和采血。试验结果如下:试验组肉鸡血液学指标(RBC,Hb,PCV) 表现了一致性的降低的趋势,随着攻毒次数增加未表现递减的变化,与对照组相比,降低不显著(P>0 .05)。试验组肉鸡血液生化指标(血浆Fb,血清ALB) 表现了显著的变化(P<0.05)。血浆Fb 随着攻毒次数增加呈现先降后升的变化特点。血清ALB只在攻毒三次后明显升高。这表明内毒素对肝脏的影响以血浆Fb 的变化更为敏感。 one-day broilers were divided randomly into control group(20 broilers)and test group(30 broilers).The broilers in test group were injected abdominally with E.coli(O 111 B 4)endotoxin(8 ng/kg)once per week at 4,5and 6 weeks age. 5 broilers of control group and 10 broilers of test group were weighted and killed at 7th day after injection of endotoxin.Results shown as follows: 1)Heamotological parameters(RBC,Hb,PCV)of broilers in test group were no significantly lowered(P>0.05)compared with that of control groooup at 4,5and 6 weeks age. 2)Blood biochemical parameters(plasmal Fibrinogen Seralbumin)of broilers in test group were significantly different from control group(P〈0.05). Plasmal Fibrinogen in test group were lower than that of control group at 4 weeks age,rised at 5 weeks age and were nore than that of control test group at 6 weeks age.Meanwhile,Seralbumin in test group were nore than that of control group at only 6 weeks age.These results indicated that plasmal fibrinogen was nore sensitive than seralbumin when liver was affected by endotoxin. bank can be searched, processed and applied.Key words Soyghum, Parent materials, Hybrid, Managing system of data bank
