马来酸桂哌齐特联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死48例临床观察

Clinical observation of cinepazide maleate in combination with ozagrel sodium on 48 acute cerebral infarction patients

目的:探讨马来酸桂哌齐特注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效。方法:将96例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,两组患者除给予常规治疗外,治疗组48例给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320mg1次/d及奥扎格雷钠注射液80mg2次/d;对照组48例给血栓通0.3g1次/d及奥扎格雷钠注射液80mg2次/d。两组患者均治疗14d,观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NDS)和临床疗效并进行对比分析。结果:治疗组NDS低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但显著进步率比较,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸桂哌齐特注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,能明显改善神经功能的缺损。

Objective：To observe effects of cinepazide maleate in combination with ozagrel sodium on acute cerebral infarction（ACI） patients.Methods：96 ACI patients were randomly divided into twogroups.Besides a routine treatment,48 patients in treatmentgroup were bothgiven cinepazide maleate 320mg by intravenous drip once a day andgiven ozagrel sodium 80mg by intravenous drip twice a day.48 patients in controlgroup were bothgiven xueshuantong 0.3g once a day andgiven ozagrel sodium 80mg by intravenous drip twice a day.Twogroups of the patients were both treated for 14 day.To observe and analyze nervous function defect scale （NDS） and clinical effects before and after treatment in the twogroups.Results：DNS in treatmentgroup less than that in controlgroup.There were statistical differences between twogroups（P0.01）.There were no statistical differences between twogroups in the total efficienty（P0.05）.But significant progress rate of treatmentgroup was significantly higher than that controlgrop（P0.05）.Conclusion：Cinepazide maleate combined with ozagrel sodium is effective and safe in treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients.It can effectively improve nervous function defect.
