头孢硫眯粉针在尘肺合并感染患者中应用的临床疗效观察

目的:观察尘肺合并感染患者应用头孢硫眯粉针的临床疗效。方法:随机选取300例尘肺合并感染患者,通过痰培养,观察头孢硫眯粉针对患者临床症状消失的情况。结果:头孢硫眯粉针对肺炎克雷伯菌、奈瑟菌、草绿色链球菌、四联球菌、臭鼻克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌、胞曼不动杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌、解鸟氨酸克雷伯菌均效果显著,而对嗜水气单胞菌、铜绿假单胞菌虽然有效,但是效果不明显。结论:头孢硫眯粉针在尘肺合并感染患者中的疗效较好。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects of Cefathiamidine for injection in the pneumoconiosis infectious patients.Methods：The 300 patients were selected randomly.Through culturing bacteria in the patients＇ sputum,we had observed the situation of the disappear of the clinical symptom.Results：It took effect against many bacteria only but several one.Conclusion：Cefathiamidine for injection has good curative effects in the pneumoconiosis infectious patients.
