目的:探讨省级突发公共卫生应急指挥中心系统与决策系统的信息化建设。方法:从系统建设定位入手,分析省级卫生应急工作涉及的业务单位与数据流程,设计出系统的总体框架。结果:提出省级突发公共卫生应急指挥中心与决策系统建设的新思路。结论:使决策者在最短的时间内对公共卫生危机事件做出最快的反应,采取合适的措施,有效地动员和调度各种资源,进行指挥决策。

Objective To discuss the establishment of outburst sanitation emergency command center and decision-making information system of province.Methods From the view of system establishment location,operation units and data flows that province sanitation emergency involved were analyzed,and the whole frame of the system was designed.Results A new idea of outburst sanitation emergency command center and decision-making information system of province was brought forward.Conclusion The leader can make a quick response in short time,then take appropriate measures,mobilize and adjust diversified resources effectively with this system.
