摘要 目的:为医院配备电子内镜窄带成像与自体荧光成像系统选型提供依据,并为广大内镜工作者诊断提供参考价值。方法:探讨了电子内镜窄带成像技术与自体荧光成像技术原理、系统配置、技术参数、临床应用及选型论证。结果:NBI与AFI技术的主要区别是:NBI和AFI系统都在冷光源上配置了窄带干涉滤光片,但是AFI系统则需采用专用的荧光内镜;共同点是:都是通过不同波长及带宽的RGB三色光激发消化道病变,获取对病变组织特异性和敏感性的图像信息。结论:NBI与AFI作为当前最先进的电子内镜成像系统各有优势,医院在选择购置这2套电子内镜系统时,可以根据医院的计划投入成本,科学地选择一款性价比较高的电子内镜系统。 Objective To supply the evidence for purchasing the most suitable electronic endoscopy system between narrow-band imaging and auto fluorescence Imaging in hospital and provide the reference value for most of the endoscopy workers.Methods Some important elements such as structure principle,system configuration,clinical application and type demonstration of the electronic endoscopy system between Narrow-band Imaging and Auto Fluorescence Imaging were discussed.Results Every system was equipped with a narrow-band interference filter in the cold light source,but the AFI system needed a special fluorescence endoscopy.They applied the RGB three color-light of different wavelengths and bandwidth for motivating gastrointestinal lesions,obtained the image information with tissue specificity and sensitivity of the lesion.Conclusion NBI and AFI,as the most advanced electronic endoscopic imaging systems,each have their own advantages.Hospital can select one electronic endoscopy system based on the contributory plan with reasonable cost.
