中西医结合治疗舒张性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Research of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Diastolic Cardiac Failure

目的:观察八味通络颗粒对舒张性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将120例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,两组均给予基础治疗,治疗组加用八味通络颗粒,疗程8周。观察治疗前后中医证候疗效,心衰疗效积分,6分钟步行试验及生存质量量表计分的变化。结果:中医证候疗效比较,治疗组较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);Lee氏心衰疗效积分比较,治疗组较对照组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);6分钟步行试验和生存质量计分比较,治疗组疗后较疗前有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);6分钟步行试验治疗后治疗组与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:八味通络颗粒对改善舒张性心力衰竭患者的中医证候及心衰症状有显著疗效,并能在一定程度上提高生活及生存质量。

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Granule of Ba-wei Tong-luo on diastolic cardiac failure. Method： 120 cases with diastolic cardiac failure were divided into two groups randomly, and 60 cases in each group. Conventional treatment was given to all the cases in the two groups. Then Granule of Ba-wei Tong-luo was given to the ones in treatment group. One treatment course included 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, curative effect of TCM syndrome, scores of curative effect of heart failure, 6 minutes＇ floor walking test and living quality measuring scale were observed respectively. Result： There were significant differences between the two groups on TCM syndrome, scores of curative effect of heart failure （ Lee＇ s） , 6 minutes＇ floor walking test （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈0. 01 ）. And there was also significant difference in treatment group between before and after treatment on 6 minutes＇ floor walking test and living quality measuring scale （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Granule of Ba-wei Tong-luo has good and reliable effect on improving the TCM syndrome and heart failure syndrome for cases with diastolic cardiac failure. And it can promote the quality of life to some extent.
