摘要
本研究以203名在职人员为研究对象,探讨了情绪劳动(情绪表达规则感知,情绪调节策略)、情绪智力与工作倦怠之间的关系。结果表明:情绪表达规则感知对情绪调节策略有着显著的正向影响,感知到压抑消极情绪、表层行为对工作倦怠的各维度有着显著的正向影响。情绪调节策略在情绪规则感知与工作倦怠之间具有中介效应。情绪智力在情绪劳动和工作倦怠间具有调节作用。
With 203 employees as the subjects,the relationship of emotional labor and emotional intelligence with job burnout was studied.The results showed that perceived emotional display rule had significant positive impact on emotional regulation strategies;Received demands to suppress negative emotions may positively forecast job burnout.Deep action fully mediated the relation of perceived demands to suppress negative emotions and job burnout.Emotional intelligence acts as the moderator between emotional labor and job burnout.
