摘要
职业可能自我是个体基于对过去经验、现在自我的认识,所形成的有关未来工作中倾向实现和回避的希望、预期、恐惧等自我概念的认知表征。本文从职业可能自我的定义、结构、测量及实证研究四个方面,对职业可能自我的研究现状进行简要介绍,并为后续研究提出了新的思路和方向。
Work possible selves are the cognitive manifestations of individuals’ future images that represent hopes,expectations,and fears for the expression and implementation of the self in work,based on the acquaintance of individuals’ past experiences and present selves.The author discussed the definition,the structure,the measurement and the existing empirical research of work possible selves,and also indicated new thinkings and research directions for sequential studies.
