摘要
针对反导武器系统反战术弹道导弹的作战运用问题,提出一种基于SEA的天基信息支持高低两层反导作战效能分析方法。根据天基信息支持反导作战流程和系统间的相互作用关系,设计了天基信息支持反导作战效能分析的性能度量、使命度量和效能度量算法。算法有效地把武器系统性能和使命与环境有机结合,能够实现天基信息对武器系统反导作战支持作用效果的综合整体分析。最后的数值仿真实例进一步说明了所取得的主要结果。
Aiming at the anti-Tactic Ballistic Missile(anti-TBM) operation problem of anti-TBM weapon systems,an analysis method of operation effectiveness of upper and lower tiers anti-TBM systems with space-based information support based on System Effectiveness Analysis(SEA) is presented.Based on the anti-TBM operation workflow of weapon systems with space-based information support and their mutual connections,the algorithms of Measure of Performance(MOP),Measure of Mission(MOM),and Measure of Effectiveness(MOE) of weapon systems are designed.These algorithms integrate effectively the measure of performance and the measure of mission of weapon systems with the operation environment,it is able to analyze perfectly the support effect of space-based information for anti-TBM operation of weapon systems.A numerical example is given to make further illustration our gained outcomes.
