Integrity Risk and Prevention in the Position of Agricultural Machinery Management

农机管理领域不同程度地存在腐败等行为。本文基于风险管理理论,分析了农机管理岗位廉政风险特性,探讨了形成因素,然后从思想道德风险防范、制度机制风险防范、岗位履责风险防范和外部环境风险防范等四个方面提出了应对措施。

There are some corruption phenomena in the profession of agricultural machinery management.Based on the risk management theory,this paper analyses the characteristics of the integrity risk in the position of agricultural machinery management,and study it＇s forming factors.Furthermore,this paper proposes four countermeasures to avoid the risk from thought and moral,institutions and mechanization,finishing work and exterional environment.
