摘要
通过测定山槐(Maackia amurensis)种子萌发过程中碳水化合物的代谢变化,结果表明,在种子萌发过程中,刺槐种子子叶和除子叶"种胚"中还原糖、淀粉和总糖含量变化较为明显,淀粉酶活性的增减与组织中淀粉含量的变化并不同步。
Carbohydrate metabolism of Maackia amurensis was determined in seed germination. Result shows that in the germination process, the changes of reducing sugar, starch & total sugar content of cotyledon & seed embryo without cotyledon of seeds of Robinia pseudoacacia are more obvious ; increase or decrease of amylase activity and changes of starch content in organization are not synchronized.
