摘要
采用浸渍法合成出的Fe-MCM-41分子筛作为催化剂,应用于环己烷催化氧化制备环己酮。以氧气为氧源,在反应压力为2.5 MPa时,通过对温度、空气流量和空速等因素进行考察,得出在反应温度为160℃,空气流量为25 mL/min,空速条件为1.0 h-1的条件下,环己烷转化率为29.56%,环己醇的产率为9.63%,环己酮的产率为23.72%。从而证明Fe-MCM-41分子筛是环己烷催化氧化反应良好的催化剂。符合开发环境友好的价廉、高转化率和高选择性催化剂及温和的氧化工艺条件的研究方向。
Fe-MCM-41 molecular sieves were synthesized and used as the catalyst for oxidation of cyclohexane to prepare cyclohexanone.With oxygen as oxygen source,under 2.5 MPa,influence of factors such as temperature,air flow and space velocity were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of 160 ℃,air flow rate is 25 mL /min,space velocity is 1.0 h-1,the conversion rate of cyclohexane can reach 29.56%,yield of cyclohexanol is 9.63% and the yield of cyclohexanone is 23.72%.So Fe-MCM-41 molecular sieve is a good catalyst for oxidation of cyclohexane,and it is environmental-friendly,with low cost,high conversion rate and high selectivity of the oxidation.
