参黄益心颗粒的提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究参黄益心颗粒提取工艺。方法以提取时间、提取次数、料液比为考察因素,以正丁醇浸出物得率和多糖含量作为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选参黄益心颗粒的提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:加8倍水,回流提取3次,每次0.5h。结论优选得到的参黄益心颗粒提取工艺稳定可行,可应用于工业化生产。
