摘要
通过分析现有技术中梳棉机喂入棉层的握持给棉方式及其不足,指出了喂入棉层过厚会影响刺辊梳理,产生梳理不匀和附加摩擦,喂入棉层过薄会因横向不匀而使握持不良,导致刺辊和锡林盖板区的梳理不匀。为了改善梳理质量,提出了薄给快喂的给棉工艺和细分段握持给棉结构,以更加合理地握持给棉棉层,更充分和均衡地完成梳理任务。
The analysis of the existing feeding way and its disadvantage of carding machine indicates that too heavy feeding web will affact the carding by the taker - in, causing uneven carding and additive friction whilst too thin feeding web will make poor web holding due to its uneven in cross direction, resulting in uneven carding in taker - in and flat areas. A new way of thin but fast feeding is put forward to more reasonably hold the feeding web and to improve the carding effect and make the carding more even and more adequent.
