摘要
介绍了粗纱牵伸工艺对细纱质量的影响,通过采用不同的牵伸型式、优选粗纱罗拉隔距、合理前后区牵伸倍数、收紧控制钳口隔距,以及选择合适的粗纱捻系数,进行适度的温湿度控制和选用高效的假捻器,能够有效提高产品质量。
In this paper is introduced the inflence of roving draft process on the quailty of the formed yarn. The formed yarn quality can effectively be improved through using different draft forms, optimizing roving roller gauge, adopting reasonable draft ratio in front and rear area, tightening jaw gauge, selecting suitable roving twist factor, controlling temperature and humidity and using effective false twisters.
