摘要探讨了企业开放式创新的能力要素——网络能力和技术能力,提出了在开放式创新模式下,两种能力要素对创新绩效的促进作用以及两种能力要素协同高度发展下的企业创新绩效最高,并通过问卷调查和经典统计分析方法验证了相关假设。 This paper analyzes two capabilities of open innovation： technological capability and network competence,two capabilities can promote firm innovation performance and firm innovation performance based on the coordination of two capabilities is highest.Then,through a big-sample questionnaire investigation,this paper does an empirical research to test the hypotheses.
