摘要
采用文献分析和调研访谈相结合的方法,构建了航空复杂产品研发团队知识集成能力评价指标体系,提出了基于熵权和区间数TOPSIS的评价模型,借助于熵权法确定了评价指标的权重,考虑到指标取值的不确定性,运用区间数来描述各评价指标的语义值,建立评价区间矩阵,再根据各方案与正理想解和负理想解的距离分析相对接近度,进行综合评价,最后结合具体实例分析了该方法应用于知识集成能力评价的基本过程,验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。
Using literature analysis and survey methods,this paper analyzes the evaluation index of knowledge integration capability in aviation complex product development team,and establishes an evaluation model based on entropy weights and interval TOPSIS.The weights of index are made by the entropy weights,and considering the uncertainty of index handled with linguistic values parameterized by interval analysis,evaluation interval matrix is established.Then the relative closeness obtained according to the distance of each alternative between positive-ideal and negative-ideal solutions defines the final outcome.At last,a practical example is conducted to illustrate the application of the proposed method in the knowledge integration capability and verify effectiveness and feasibility.
