Study on Enterprise Knowledge Shift Model and Achievements Evaluation Based on Knowledge Value Chain

知识价值链对于企业知识转移具有重要促进作用。分析知识价值链在企业知识转移过程中的功能,剖析知识价值链上企业知识转移的双重路径,构建基于知识价值链的企业知识转移模型,并阐释企业知识转移绩效形成与构成,在此基础上设计企业知识转移绩效评价指标体系,选择ELECTRE I方法进行企业知识转移绩效评价,并进行了算例分析,验证了企业知识转移绩效评价模型、指标与方法的科学性。

Knowledge value chain is important for the enterprises to promote knowledge transfer.The function and the dual path of the knowledge value chain are analyzed,the knowledge transfer model is established based on knowledge value chain,and the performance formation and composition are interpreted in the process of knowledge transfer.Based on these,the index system of performance evaluation of knowledge transfer is designed,the method of ELECTRE I is selected to evaluate knowledge transfer performance,and the numerical example analysis is conducted.As a result,the performance evaluation model,index,and method of enterprise knowledge transfer is verified scientifically.
