摘要
通过对电石法PVC项目产生的各种污水进行认真地分析,采取分质处理措施,并针对含硫污水特性,以严谨的理论计算为依据,提出了一套适于高含硫、高含碱污水处理的工艺流程,并在工程中进行了应用,从环境保护角度,为电石法PVC生产企业的污水处理提供了一个新的措施。
Wastewater from polyvinyl chloride production with calcium carbide process was analyzed. On the basis of wastewater characteristics and theoretical calculation, a treatment process suitable to the wastewater with high sulphur content and alkali content was put forward.The process has been applied into project, which can provide a new reference for treating wastewater from polyvinyl chloride production with calcium carbide process.
