摘要
以粉煤灰为原料,探索用硫酸改性粉煤灰负载壳聚糖的最佳工艺条件及其处理印染废水的效果。改性的最佳工艺条件为:硫酸浓度为5mol/L、酸浸时间120min、固液比为20g粉煤灰/100mLH2SO4。负载的最佳条件为每10g粉煤灰负载0.4g壳聚糖。用其吸附处理印染废水的最佳条件为吸附剂用量为0.01g/mL、吸附时间为40min、吸附温度为30℃、pH=5、振荡速率为200r/min,此时最大脱色率为58.5%。实现了对粉煤灰的资源化利用,消除了粉煤灰对环境的危害,可作为印染废水的预处理,以减少后续处理的负荷。
In this study, taking fly ash as raw material and explore the optimum modified conditions of sulfuric acid modified fly ash load chitosan, and its effect on dyeing wastewater treatment. The results show the optimum conditions: The concentration of sulfuric acid is 5 mol/L, acid leaching time is 120 min, solid-liquid ratio is 20 g fly ash/100 mL HzSO4 and the best load conditions for each I0 g load of fly ash is 0.4 g chitosan. Its best condi- tions of absorption treatment on dyeing wastewater for absorbent amount is 0.01 g/mL absorption time is 40 min, absorption temperature, is 30 ℃, pH is 5, and the oscillation rate is 200 r/min, under these conditions the largest rate of decotorization is 58.5%. The results achieved on the utilization of fly ash, eliminate the environmental hazards that bring with fly ash, It can just be used as dyeing wastewater's pretreatment, in order to reduce the followup treatment load.
