摘要
智能调温纤维是相变材料技术与纤维制造技术相结合开发的一种新型功能性纤维,可随外界环境温度的变化通过相变、吸收或放热来调节温度.从智能调温纤维的调温机理、相变材料的选择、加工方法(中空纤维浸渍法、熔融复合纺丝法、涂层法、微胶囊复合纺丝法)、性能评价以及国内外发展现状等方面进行了综述,并指出了目前智能调温纤维存在的不足之处.
Smart thermo-regulated fiber is a new type of functional fiber combined with phase-change material technology and fiber manufacturing technology.It can regulate temperature through phase transition,absorbing or releasing heat according to the external environment temperature.The thermo-regulated mechanism of smart thermo-regulated fiber,the selection of phase change materials,processing methods(hollow fiber immersion method,melt composite spinning method,coating method,microcapsule composite spinning method),performance evaluation,as well as the development at home and abroad were reviewed.The deficiencies of smart thermo-regulated fiber were pointed out.
